Thomas Sayle Departed this life about the 29th of August 
last Intestate whereof the Church having intelligence hath
Decreed his 3 Children vizt. John Mariod and Katherin Sayle
Admrs. of all his goods moveable and umoveable whatsoever.
The 2 uncles vizt Jo: and Patt: Sayle Supervisors of the
children being under age; a Legacy to ye wife upon sight
