Andreas 1682 The last will & Testamt of Wm Keneen who depted this life ye 14th of April in Ano pdicto Being in pfect memory comended his soul to God & body to xtian burial. It. He left to his wife a cal[f] in legacy & as much wool yt was in ye house. It. He left to his eldest son his pt of ye cropp & husbandry gears. It. to ye witnesses 6d a peise. It to ye minister a mutton. & appointed his 2 daughters Exeres of all the rest of his goods moveable & immovable. The wife sworn in form of law & Testes Philip Brew } dyle Mally & Catherin decreed & Wm: Cleater } jurati supervisors Probatum et solvi[t] .. The tuition of the sd childwith her goodsin the hands of ye supervisors,sheand the other 2 chi[lren] In the mothers tuition and faray misig as there in Or noe, goods left after the debts discharged, As much as will cloath the poor naked children having noe relatons able to help ym the go[ods there] fore wth the consent of the mother is allowed [to the] wife, and not to be accomplable for any pt therof part of ye Cropp if any remain Wn ye rent. The wife hath asserted that 3 stouks of barley 4 stouks of oats & 1 stook of Rye shall be forth com nig, wth the Corbs to the Heir if he like and come to age to enjoy the same: & hath given bonds for ye performance therof or 8d in coins of the Corn in case there be none when the heirs comes to de mand ye same. Vizt Wm Cleater & Phil Brew. 27th 1700 This day Bahee Keneen daughter of the above William Kenneen came to the Records and doth acknowledge to have received into her possession the forn above mentioned for the heir, and that from the hands of her stepfather James Quirk, and doth oblige her self not only to discharge the sd James Quirk, but also to secure the forthcoming thereof to the heir when he shall demand the same and that in the penalty of fourly of 40d start.. in the Raharsef allffirmed Bahee Kenneen her + Before me Jos Caighey Regr.
