Oates Gell Departed this life intestate whereof the
Church having intelligence hath Decreed his
children viz: ........ Ellin and Jane(?) Gell sole &
joint Admrs. of all his goods moveable and im-
moveable whatsoever.  ........ and Ellin are brought
in only by virtue of their expected(?) Contract
of marriage, who are sworn in Court in form
of Law, and to be kind to the Sister in Island, &
to return her a proportion when she cometh into
the Island, who are to give(?) in ........ to that effect.
And a Legacy to the wife upon sight of the
Inventory.
