The last will and testamt. of James Crebbin who departed this
life ye 3rd day of Novr. 1683.

He ordained his wife & his brothers daughter joynt Exectrs.
and if the sd. Daughter dye under age her pt of the Exectrp.
to return to his brother Williams .......... if it live if not to himself.
It. to his brother William a book(?).  Itm. to Cath Xtian a sheep and a lamb
To Tho Sayle a sheep and a lamb in KK German.  It. to his bro
thers son an ewe lamb if there be any if not her sd brothers
daughter to pay it out of her goods.  It. to the poor a firlett
of meal or .........  It. to his sister Catherine 1.... legal(?).  It.
to his brother Willm. his best suite of cloaths.

Debts due from Jon. Camaish 6... & ye to pay Charles Sayle
6... from Dan. Ballnageny 6...., from Dan ........... wife 8....
Jon. ......... 8.... to Mary Brew 6.... of 18.... in her hands
due to Willm. 1...., and ye to Daughter ye Excr. to pay it
and his brothr. Jons goods to her the sd. Daughter, ....... and to ..... Jon. an
.......... cow, and he to pay ........... to the generall Sumner & ye
remainder to himself wife & children.

The original of this will is extant in Sr. Jon. Huddlestons pocketbook writt
in ye year 1676 and this is a true copy thereof Drawn by me.  Jon Christian Reg.

	This will approved by Sr. Patr: Thompson Officiall
	and the Execr. sworn according to his request and ordrd. in form
	of Law.

				Att a Sheading Court holden at KK Christ
				Lezayre the 20th of June 1684.

There being some Dispute made this day in Court testing
ye validity of the within Will, and Mr. Jon. Christian and 
........... .......... having Deponed in Court that this Will being 
found in the pockett Book of Sr. Jon. Huddleston written by his
own hand was after the Death of the said Sr. Jon. Huddleston unto
the said James Crebbin, who annxed the whole and ..............
was granted thereof, Therefore the Court upon Deliberate
consideration of the same, and the proceedings already
hold in order to the proving of this Will, Doth Decree
ye same sufficient and authorized in law, and the
execution of this Will is granted to ye Execr. accordingly
to the purport of the same.
