The last will and Testament of Christian Cottere who
departed this life the 8th of November 1684.  First she
committed her Soul unto God and her body to Christian
Buriall.  It she left unto her Daughter Anne Howland
as much as will be a waistcoat of Russett cloth.  It to her
two Grand Children Christian and Catherine Howland a piece
of ......... that is in the house.  It to her son in law 
William Howland the fourth part of a ..........  It she acknow
ledged that she has given half the Croft unto her son –
in law William Howland in Contract Bargain.  It to her
Daughter Margt. a blankett, a sheep a Chest without
cloth(?).  It to the witnesses 6p apiece.  It she constituted
her Daughter Catherine Executrix of all the rest of her
Goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever.
