The last Will and Testament of Jo: Teare who committed his soul to God 
and body to christian buriall.  Item He bequeathed to his Brother Tho: Teare
and sister Margery a heifer.  Item he said there was twenty shillings owed 
to him from his brother Will:  ........ and bequeath the same 20 s.. to his Bro:(?)
Tho: and sister.  Item he said there was due to him from his Brother Tho: Faragher
......... of the same he bequeathed to his Sister Margery seven shillings six pence 
and to his Bro: Tho: 4...6...  Item he bequeathed to Paul Quark a sheep and 
hog and as much as would make a coat of cloth he had in ye chest:  Item he
said there was due to him from ............ Jo: Norris 16.... bequeathed the
same to his Bro: and Sister. 

Witnesses:
Jo: Gick	     )			This Will being made according to
Tho: Faragher ) jurati		Law, and no opposition made, is therefore(?)
				accepted of; and Thomas & Margery Faragher
				are Sworn to Admr. according to Law.
