This is affirmed to be ye last will and testament of Tho: Sayle
who departed this life the 9th day of Augt. 1684.
First he committed his Soul to God & body to Christian buriall.
It he left to his Illegitmat son a pickle hopper
It he left to his wife a choice calf(?)
It he left to his sister Margt. an Ewe lamb
It he left to ye Minister a mutton
It he left to ye witnesses an Ewe lamb apiece
It he left to his brother Willm. Sayle a suite of ye ......... .........
	........ is in ye house
It he left to his ......... ......... son a Heifer & colt, and that the
sd. Heifer & colt should run in the farm & the .......... to be sould(?) for 
his wife at three or four years old.  It he left to his sd son all 
that he has himself by contract from his father, and all the ..........
timber about ye house.  It he left that his sd son & Heir
in consideration of the aforementioned ...... should return & pay unto his Daughter four
pounds after he is married.

It Lastly he constituted & ordained his Daughter Jony Sayle sole executor
of all his goods moveable & immoveable and if it happen that his wife be
then wth child that the .......... be joynt Exrs. wth. his Daughter Jony.
It he appointed Willm. Cleator(?), Edmond ........., & Sr(?) Jon. Christian ........
........ and left to ...... of ......... a mutton.  It he left the ......... of his Effects ..........
son, & his goods and lands to his brother Willm. Sayle, until the Heir
come to seventeen years of age, and that he ....... ........ the heifer in good re
pair & ..........................................................., and if the Supervisors ........

mitted to strangers at their discretion upon his .......... .............
