KK Michaell the last will and testamt of Phill: Cannell who departed this life the 19th of Decembr 1685: First he bequeathed his soule to god and his bodie to Christian burial. Item, he left to his wife Evericke Cannell one great wheele with all the flax and tow as Legasie; Itm: he left to his nephew Adam Cannell a yearling hoge and a lambe; Itm: to Christian Cannell one sheep; Itm: he left to his brother John Cannell out of the whole with his wives conssent a mair and a colt & two sheep to discharge severall debts and fenerall charges; Itm: he maid mencon yt what goods fell due to him by the death of his father was in the handes of his brother John Cannell except a quarter of the crop of corne and halfe of a cowe wch he was satisfied in: the rest behind to returne to his child as well the mothrs: pte as his and this was don with the mothers consent;
