This is affirmed by the subscribed witnesses to be the last
will & testament of Will: Faragher of KK Marown lately
Deceased.  ............ he left 6p Legacie to .......... his next relation
on his mothers side, & fail, & yt he thought it too much for them 
in regard they never took care of him ......... ............ ..............
and all ye rest of his goods moveable & immoveable he left to
his father in whose hands they ........... for he left ............. them.

In regard that the Witnesses will not Depose that the above
Wm. Faragher was att lawful years when he made the 
above Will:  Therefore the Court hath Decreed his next of
kindred vizt. Gill Killey Mary Killey Alice(?) Killey and 
Cathrin: Killey sole and joint Admrs. of all his goods
moveable and immoveable whatsoever.  Mary is sworn in 
Court in form of Law, and to be true to the other Admrs. 
And for so much goods as the said Will: Faragher gott by 
his own industry the same is Decreed unto his halfe Bro.
according to Law.  The father is to be allowed a Legacy
upon sight of the Inventory.
