Jony Tear Departed this life about the 30th of March
last intestate whereof the Church having intelli=
gence hath Decreed her Bro. Jon. Admr. of all her
goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever; wch Admr.
having resigned and given up all his rights in ye Admin.
unto his Son in Law Jon. Tear(?), he is therefore sworn to 
Admr. according to Law.
