KK Michael May 29th 1685 The last will & testament of Thos. Cowley who com= mitted his Soul to God & his bodie to Christian buriall. He bequeathed unto his wife his part of the woollen wheele, and of ye little wheele also. Item, he left unto his sonne Philip his part of the bedstead(?). Item he ordained his children Philip & Margret Executors of all the rest of his goods moveable & immoveable. And his wish was, that if his wife would use the children well to have their goods if they die in their minorities, he left to pay some Debts a pair of cloath, & a firlett of malt. Witnesses: Patr.
