The last Will and Testament of Ewan Kewne who Departed this life ye 6th of May 1685.
First he bequeathed his Soule to God and his bodie to christian buriall.
Item he bequeathed to his 2 sons William and John Junior his part of a heifer
Item to his son William his part of a peace of land that he hath in KK Andreas of 4....
rent.  Item to his son John senior, a sheep and lamb.  Item to his brother Robt.(?)
Kewne a lamb.  Item to his brother Edmond Kewne a lamb.  Lastly he ordained and
appointed his four children viz: Margaret William Joney and John Junr. Executors
of all ye rest of his goods moveable and immoveable.  Item he bequeathed
upon his brother Robert Kewne to pay to his Executors 5... 13..... if ye land shall at anytime
be taken from them.

Witnesses:  John Kewne	)		Margtt. is Sworn in Court being 
	William Curlett	) jurati		at age and to be Supervisor of the 
						children under age, and alsoe Jon.
						Kewne Sworn to be assisting unto her therein
						in the Supervision.
