	June ye 16th 1686
In ye name of God, Amen. I Tho: Tubman being sick
in body but of perfect memory praised be God do 
make and ordain this my last Will & Testament
in manner and form as follows. First I bequeath 
my Soul to ye hands of ye almighty and my body
to Xtian buriall. Itt I bequeath to my Eldest Daughter
Margaret Tub: A parcell of land near Ballasally
being of ye yearly rent of of 12d.  Itt. To my Daughter
Ellinor (by ye consent of my wife) ye fourth part of 
ye begg croft near ye river. Itt. In legacy
I leave to my Daughters Katherin & Elizabeth
6 pence ^(apiece) to [.....] of ym. Lastly I leave my above
said Daughters ; yt is, Margarett & Ellinor joynt Exe
cutors of all my part of ye goods moveable and 
unmoveable. All ye above said promisses I
confess to be my last Will and Testament
				The wittnesses have further deposed that the
Wittnesses			Testatr declared before them, that in case
John Tubman his X}		his sister above sd did claim any thing of his
Robt: Shimin his X}Jur		that there was soe much
					in her own hands as
					would ballance that
