        KK Bryde 1687: 
The last will and testament of Anne Cowle who departed 
this life about the 28th of November 1687 being of good 
and perfect memory.    
First she committed her soul unto God and her body to 
Christian burial.    
Itm She left and appointed six shillings to be expended 
upon her funeral charges, vizt in Ayle, Candles &c.    
Itm She left and bequeathed unto Bahee Costen a black petticoat.    
Itm to Anne Quane a wast coat.    
Itm to William Corkill’s wife a brown petticoat and a smock.    
Itm She left to Jony Cowle a red petticoat;    
Itm to Anne Caiskill her best red petticoat.   
Itm She left to Margret Cormoad a lac’d handkerchief;   
Itm to Anne Cormoad a round kerchief;    
To Christian Cormod a pinner    
Itm to Anne Cowle a pinner with a red Lace or Stay in it.,    
Itm to Margret Howlan a coife;  to Mally Corkill a coife.  
To Christian Kneale a coife,   
Itm She left to Bahee Cormod 12d.    
Itm to Christopher Joughin 6d legasie;   
And if any body else in her behalf should claime any right 
to her goods, she did cut them of by six pence Legasie.   
Itm She left to Jony Corkish her part of ye wooden wheele.   
Itm She left to the witnesses of this her will 6d apiece.    
Itm She appointed and nominated her husband John Cammaish 
Executor of all her goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever.

The Execr at age is sworn in Court in form of Law.
