Ann Cloage als Cowne departed this life about the 5th
of October last intestate, whereof the Church having 
intelligence hath Decreed her child William Cowne
Admr of all her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever
The next of kindred on the mothers side Supervisors.  And a legacy
to the husband on Sight of the Inventory.

The husband hath stood(?) to the tuition of
the child with his goods & to that end 
is sworn in Court in forme of law.

Salvo tamen uinuig			Decretum est el Solivit ....
