Ann Fargher LDS E d 0991646 1689-1 KK Patrick Ann Fargher departed this life about 5th January last intestate whereof the Church having intelligence hath Decreed her only child Ellinor McLeod Admr of all her goods moveable & unmoveable the next of kindred on the mothers side Supervisor vizt Jon Fargher who is sworn in Court in form of Law and a Legacy to the husband on sight of the Inventory. Salvo tamen uinuig Decretum est el Solivit .... Suo jure The Supervisor and the husband by agreement ) have given in as goods to the child wch is free ) and Debtless. ) .............
