Jon. Curghey departed this life about ye ye[sic] 20th of Decr last
intestate whereof ye Church having Intelligence hath Decreed
his only child Bessie(?) Curghey Sole Admr. the next of Kin
viz: Wm Curghey ye uncle & Jony Curghey ye Ant Supervisors And
a legasy to ye wife upon sight of ye Inventory.

		The Supervisor sworn in form of Law.

Salvo tamen uinuig			Decretum est el Solivit ....

At a Court held in KK Michael
January 21th 1702

The Difference betwixt John and Wm Curghey
and Alice Watleworth being this Day heard
in Court, .......... ye within Inventory.  It ap=
pears by ye ballancing of ye accounts
and expenses the said Alice Watleworth
had ........ ye bringing up of ye Child, that
there is nothing Due to the sd Curgheys.
