Thomas Kelly LDS E d 0991646 1689-1 Jurby Thomas Kelly departed this life about 1st February 1689 intestate whereof the Church having intelligence hath Decreed his children Thomas and Ann Kelly Admrs of his goods moveable & unmoveable whatsoever, the next of Kindred on the fathers side, vizt Wm Kelly and Jon. Mcnameer in behalfe of his wife, and a Legacy to be made to the wife on sight of the Inventory. Salvo tamen uinuig Decretum est el Solivit ........ Suo jure The Inventory prised by Jon. Freer Phill.
