Leizayre	November 8th 1689

That last Will and Testament of Daniel Sayle who departed this life
the 4th of August 1689.

First he committed his Soule to God and his bodie to christian buriall  .....:
Item he Declared that there was Due to his Daughter Katherine 19s 6d
of her mothers part of goods.  Item he bequeathed to his sd Daughter 
Katherine [19]s 6d legacie.  Item he bequeathed to his Daughter Margrett a 
heifer that he had in KK Lonan in lieu of what he Did owe unto 
her.  Item he bequeathed to ye Minister of ye parish ..........  Item he be=
=queathed to ye witnesses of this his will 6d apeece.  Lastly he constituted 
and appointed his wife whole executrix of all ye rest of his goods move=
able and immoveable whatsoever and shee to give unto ye rest of his 
children as soo shall inable her.

Witnesses hereof			In regard the Testator left not 6d or
	William Quay			ye value thereof to his children therefore
	William Kneen			the Court hath Decreed them joynt
					Admrs with ye mother

	The Exex sworn in Court in form 
	of Law.
