Dolly Kaighin (alias Christian) LDS E w 0991646 1689-2 Patrick Peeletown This is affirmed to be ye last Will & Testament of Dolly Kaighin als Christian who departed this life about ye 18th of September 1689 being in perfect me= morie at ye making thereof. First she bequeathed her Soul to God & body to christian buriall. Itm. She left her part of ye heifer & garden to her ............ son Patrick & he to give twenty five shillings to her other son John, & ye father hath consented to give his said son John ............ shillings more but if it please God yt ye youngest son Die under age then her oldest son was to pay only twenty shillings to her Daughter; & if it happen yt ye oldest son Died under age then ye youngest son was to have the heifer & garden pay ing only twenty shillings to ye Daughter. It. it was agreed upon betwixt ym yt ye husband should pay to his Daughter twenty shillings. It. to her Daughter out of ye whole a blankett & sheet & ye linnen whool. It. to her husband her part a[nd] share of woole as legacie; her part of ye linnen yarn(?) in ye house, & ye woollen whool; It to her Daughter all her shapen cloaths. Lastly she constituted & appointed her ......... three children her lawfull Execrs. of all ye rest of her goods moveable & unmovable & appointed her hus= band overseer of ye two sonnes.
