Malley Corlett (alias Killip) LDS E w 0991646 1689-2 Ballaugh 1689 The last Will & Testament of Malley Corlett als Killip being in perfect memory who departed [this life] about ye 4th of September 1689 as follows. Imprimis She committed her Soule to God & body to Xtian [buriall] Itm she left to her Daughters, being two, Twenty Shillings apiece. Itm she bequeathed to her son Phillip all her .................. of ye land & all ye right yt ........ .......... she had, & ........... here after might have (by the Decease of her parents......) to or in ye Crop & ........., .......... ............ ye sd Phillip paying 20d a piece more to her sd Daughters affore [said/mentioned]? Itm she left that all ye lands ............................................ ye hands of her husband Wm. Corlett ..................................... should arrive at ye years of 21 and if he should ............ [be-] fore then, Disturb his sd father her husband or ....................... any way address(?) to his advice to ...................................... that then he should be Deprived of ye Crop & ............. al so & in stead of them hath only 20d legacie.
