This is affirmed to be ye last Will & Testament of Silvester
Ellison, who Departed this life ye 13th of June 1689.
First he bequeathed his Soule to God & his body to Christian 
buriall.  Itm.  he left to his loving wife Catherin Ellison
alias Kenish all ye house & Gardens, wch he got wth her, when
he married her, & yt none of his friends or Relations should 
have nothing to Do wth any pt. or piece of ye same wtever.
Item He left as his finall Legacy to his bro: Michall
Ellison twelve Shillings yt was in Alexander Quayles hands.
Also, further he left to him all his Shapen Apparell.
Item. He left to his brother Jon. Ellison, & his brother 
Wm. Ellison, twenty Shillings wch was in ye hands of John
Quirk, as his finall Legacy, to his two brothern, they
to take it up of ye sd Quirk, & have it equally be
tween them.  All those his brothren he cut ym of wth
these Legacys, & not to come & claim any further interest
to any of ye rest of his goods wtever.  Beside, any other 
friends or Relations yt shall ........... & come to claim any
of his Goods, he Did cut you of wth Sixpence Legacy.  Item
he Constituted and ordained his loving wife Catherin
Ellison alias Kenish, his true & lawfull Exectrix of all 
ye rest of his Goods moveable & unmoveable wtever.

Testes					The Exerx is Sworne in Court in 
	Jon. Bridson	)		forme of law, & hath given
	Jon. Kinish	) jurati		pledges, Jon. ......... & Alex. Quay
