		KK Maughold  ye 19th day of February   Anno : 1690

The Last Will & testament of Daniell Corkill of Balagory being in
     	Perfect Sence and memmory & Comitted his soul to god and his body
	to A christian burial, Who departd this Life the 4th day of febr 1690
      ly	he bequeath to his sonn: William Corkill his half of the Croaps of Corn and
	of the team as he had assented to give him in his mothers will Likewise
	he declared that he had given to his saide sonn Will Corkill a Chist and
	A pott in the prise that they Cost him self, in part of portion that
	was due to him by the Death of his mother
      ly	he bequeath to Robbert Callow & to John Callow A mutten in a Legacie
      ly	he left to will christian & to John Quay a mutten in a Legacie
      ly	He bequeath to Richard [Cord] too Shillings in A Legacie that was in own
									hand
       ly	he declared that he had given to his Grand child Ann Corkill the
	daughther of his sonn will corkill,- A Cow in a gift nine yeares
	Agoe, and that his executors shall have nothing to doe with the saide
	Cow now but is free to to (sic) the child still  ---
	he left to Richard Kermod a hogg one of the Last years Lambs in
								Legacie
       ly	He declared that whereas he had given A Contract Bargan to
							gave her
	his daughter Katherine Some years since wherein he ^   soe much
	Portion, and half of his Executor -ship after his decease, and for what
	dowry he promised  to her he declared that she was paide and
	sattisfeyed in it all [in peny and penys] worth, and for the half
	of the executor -ship he doth allow it to her, and noe more
	Therefore he Left her Six pence in Legacie to quitt her
					of the other half of the
					Executor - ship
	THEREFORE he did apoint and ordaine William Corkill
	his grand child to be sole executor of all the Remainner
	of his goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever
	      he said
        ly	after  ^ all that if in case his daughter Katherine clame any Right to 
	the croap of corn or to the teame, he did openly that he had delivered [it]
				Wholly to his sonn before ever she gott the 
					Contract bargin of him [her]

	There being a Contract exhibited in Court given by the above Testator
	to his Daughter Katherin for the one half of the Execp. Of all his goods the
	sd Catherin is therefore sworn joynt Execr. wth her brothr Willm. on behalf of his child
		The Invty given in by the [sumnr] & Execrs. amts. to  ----- [7] --- 07 --- 00
