This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
THOMAS CURLOTT who departed life the 15th of March 1692, 
being in perfect memory at the making thereof. 
First, he committed his soul to God and his body 
to Christian burial. 
Item, he left to his GRANDSON GILBERT CLERK ten 
shillings, which is to return to his DAUGHTER BAHIE if 
he died under age. 
Item, he left all the rest of his goods whatever to his 
foresaid DAUGHTER BAHIE, she paying and defraying all 
funeral charges as becometh; and did constituted and 
appoint his said DAUGHTER his sole Executrix. 
Witnesses: 
Sam: Watleworth, 
Cæsar Watleworth. 

THE EXECUTRIX IS SWORN according to Law. 
Probatum est et Solvit 6 pence. 

JUNE 8TH 1693
SILVESTER CLERK in behalf of himself and CHILDREN 
enters his claim against the Executrix of THOMAS 
CURLETT for 42 shillings, whereof 30 shillings is 
due for portion promised to the said SILVESTER with 
HIS WIFE xx due by the death of his MOTHER IN LAW, 
& 10 shilling due by the THO: CURLETT's will, all 
which will be made to appear, and craveth the Law
