Leizayre June ye 18th 1694 This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of Margaret Kewley alia Leece who departed this life the 12th of this month as followeth: First shee comitted her soule to god and her bodie to christian buriall etc Item shee bequeathed to her daughter Margarett a heifer of four years old and a brass candlestick Item shee bequeathed to her son John a pewter flaggon and a peece of serge that was in the long (....) betwixt him and Margarett. Item shee bequeathed to her grand child Thomas Caisment a lamb Item shee bequeathed to her grand child Michael Kewley a lamb. Item shee bequeathed to the minister a mutton. Item shee bequeathed that her son Michael did owe unto her three pounds and the interest there of from the time that his contraction bargain was made till now except two years. Item shee declared that her son in law Robert Caisment was paid all his portion. Lastly shee constituted and appointed her three children John Marjory and Margare(tt) Joynt Executors of all ye rest of her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever. June the 18th 1694 Robt Casemt entrs his claim agst the Extrs of Margt Kewley als Leece for the sum of three pounds Sterling, (a) complete shute of cloathes, 2 sheets and a [dayly assistance] besides, and [forty shill] behind of his [portion] due to him or will be made to appear etc.
