This is the last Will and testament of Dan: Saile
who departed this life on the 27th of September
1694 first he committed his Soul to God and his body
to Christian burial.  Itm.  He left to his two child
ren viz Dan: and Catherine Saile, two choice
cows, Itm. he left to his said Daughter, all those
hens he had, and a paile. It: he left to his 
Grand Child James Saile one of the two Hogs
that he had if the said Hogs were living.  It: he
constituted ordained and appointed his 4 children
viz James, John, Dan and Catherine Saile his ________
and lawful executors of all the rest of his goods
moveable and immoveable whatsoever. 
 
Witnesses:             the Exers. viz James, John & Cath.

Wm. Sayle      )     form of law. 

                              Probatum est. v Solvit

A true and perfect Inventory
of the goods of the above Dan.
Saile taken by 4 sworn men and 
amounts to the sum of 3-10-0.
