This is affirmed the last will and 
testament of MARGT QUAYLE ALS KIRMEEN, 
being in perfect memory at the making thereof. 
First she committed her soul to 
God and her body to Christian burial. 
Item, she left to her ONLY SON the 
crop of corn, the team and all the 
husbandry gears belonging to the farm. 
Lastly, she appointed her THREE 
DAUGHTERS KATH:, ANNE, AND MARGERY 
joint Executors of all the rest of 
her goods moveable and unmoveable. 
Witnesses: 
Will: Calow, 
Jony Kirmeen. 

THE EXECUTRICES BEING UNDER AGE, the 
UNCLES JOHN and WILLIAM KIRMEEN are 
sworn supervisors according to Law. 

THE INVENTORY AMOUNTS in gross 
to 2 pounds 18 shillings 6 pence. 
Deducted for Court fees and 
writing the will 0:1:4. 
The goods in JOHN KIRMEEN (one 
of the Supervisors) hands, 
who hath given pledges in form 
of Law, John Martin and William Kirmeen. 

OCTOBER 10, 1705, AT RAMSEY
The Court hath freed the pledges, 
the children being paid, 
and acquittances recorded. 

JANUARY THE 2ND, 1694/5
DAVID MACLEROY and JOHN KIRMEEN came 
this day before me (in regard the young 
couple vizt., the SON above mentioned 
in the will and the said MACLEROY'S 
DAUGHTER) are underage and the said 
MACLEROY hath acknowledged the receipt 
of all such things as were promised him 
by the said JOHN KIRMEEN in the said 
Contract and this 
before me, JOHN CHRISTIAN Vicar General
