This is affirmed to be ye last Will of Ann Fargher
als Shimmin, who departed about ye 2nd of
May 1695.  And being in perfect memory, she
bequeathed her soul to God, & her body to Xtian
Burial. It. She left her two chil
dren wth. ...... goods to ye ...... & custody of her hus-
band. It. Her wearing cloaths, linnen & woolen 
to her oldest Daughter Jony Shimmin.  It.  To
each of her next relations (if ye children should
die under age) 6p Legacie.

This will being imperfect, in regard that there
is no legacy left to ye Children nor Executor
named; the Court has decreed her two Children
joynt Admrs. of all her goods moveable &
immoveable.  Ye next of kin
on ye mothers side ...... a Legacy to
Husband on sight of ye Inventory. But in
...... no Relation appears, the Court has given 
Administration to ye father, who is sworn to
bring in a perfect Inventory: and to administer
in the Children's behalf according to law.
