take their choice immediatly after the day of their marriage; together with -----[torn]
share of the house and garden, she now lives in: one sheet, and five shilling -----[torn]
money when the young couple pleases to call for the same, and halfe of all her
moveable and immoveable at the Latter day: and the said young couple are
to Looke well to their said mother, to give her good useage while she lives
