Peeltown This is affirmed to be ye last will & testament of John Kelly who was at perfect memory at the making thereof; first he committed his soul to God and body to Xtian buriall; It: he left to his brother in law Hen: Maclevorrey a blankett, & desired him to be kind to his children; Lastly he constituted his two chil dren Will & Averick Kelly joynt Exrs: of all ye rest of his goods moveable & immoveable; and if his children died before they came to lawfull years, he left all their goods to his wife, to whom also he left ye tuition of his children The wife to whom the tuition of the children were committed is sworn in Court according to Law Testes JohnWoods } John Christian} jurati pbatum est solvit 6d The Inventory next Court
