This is affirmed to be the last will
of John Goldsmith who was buryed the 26th
of January 1695, being of good & pfect memory;
first, he commented his soul unto God and
his body to Xtian buriall; Itm: he left
to his four children vizt: Thomas, Phillip, Wm
and Kath Goldsmith a cow betwixt them; Item
he left to the said Kath 2 yound heiffers; Itm:
he left 6 or 7 yards of raw cloath yt was in the
Tuck Milne to pay for tick yt he owed to
pson Christian
Phillip & Kath are sworn
in Court according to Law

The Inventory included in the will
The witnesses of the above will doe furthr declare that
the above Testator at the makeing of the above will left what corn
he had to his son Phillip Goldsmith, and further added that he
could not leave it from him, as haveing the same in Contract
bargaine
