who departed this life about the 12th of January ----[dark edge]

God & Body to Christian buriall; Itt: he left his
sister Ellin Conaghy 7d Legacy; Itt: He declar’d yt Jon: Gellin ----[edge]
ow’d him 3s-2d of his wages and if he would willingly pay 3s that ----[edge]
Executors was to take it; Itt: he declar’d that he had ----[edge]
in the sd Gellins fold; Itt: He constituted and apointed ----[edge]
wife and ye child upon her bearing to be his true and law----[edge]
Executors of all the rest of his goods movable & unmovable
In regard that the wife hath taken the tui----[edge]
and bringing up of the child and that there are
no relacon upon the ffathers side able and capable
