James Eubin Departed the 11th Apr. last intestate
whereof the Court having intelligence has Decreed
his 5 children, viz, Anne: Thos: David, John & Casear(?)
sole & joynt Adminrs. of all his goods moveable
& immoveable whatsoever.  The mother in regard
that there are no relations on the fathers side in ye
Island, has taken the __________ of the five children
and is accordingly sworn in Court according to Law.
