The will of Bessy Kelley being imperfect, which
hath occasioned som Debate in Court, in order to the
preventing any ffuture dispute concerning the same, the
Exrx: therein menconed Mariot Kelly hath in the fface
of the Court surrendered & relinquisht her Rt: thereto, unto
her sister Kath: Kelley, who is accordingly sworne in
Court in form of Law. In regard ye Exrx: is young
and incapable of Manageing this affair, ye
unkell William Killey is sworn Suprvisor
