KK Andreas This is affirmed to be the last will of Henry Inch who departed this life abt: the 9th of October 1697 being of good and perfect memory at the makeing thereof Imprimis, he commended his soul to God and body to Xtian buriall; Itm: he left to his brother Dan: Inch a pair of Britches and his shoes and stockins, and a barrell if his wife pleasd, Itm: he left to his brother Richard a coat; Itm: to James Brew his best Hat, and a staff or a fork that was in the house; Itm: he left to his son Henry his part of the lands he had in Mortgage with the houses built thereupon, condicionally he would live with his wife and be assisting to her and do according to her Directions and her will; but his said wife to have the full use thereof dureing her naturall life, and after her decease to return to his said son, as aforesaid; Itm: he constituted and appointed his wife Kath: Curlet als Inch his lawfull Exrx: of all the rest of his goods whatsoever, and left 6d apiece Legacie to all his children.
