Elizabeth Clark (als Christian) KK Arbory 1697 Eliz: Clark alias Christian Departed this life about the 6th of Febr. last intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence, hath Decreed her two children, Viz. Thomas and John Clark sole & joynt Admrs. of all her goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever. And in regard ______ of the Relations have appeared for the good of the Chil- dren, the husband is sworn Supervisor, according to Law; who is also to have a legacy on sight of ye Inventory, viz: ______ in regard he has obliged himself to maintain & educate the children until they come to age. Decretum Est. V Solivit 1p The Inventory of Eliz: Clark als Christian prized by 4 sworn men, viz. Tho: Cubon, Tho: Cubon, ______: Crollin, & Jo: Bridson amounts to 03=00=04 The goods & children in the father’s hands, who has given pledges, Dad: Cubon & Tho: Cubon Debts on the Decd.’s part 00=04=06 Nov. 2. 1719.
