?We in hope names are subscribed do declare
that Cuthbert Prescott being on his deathbed -----?
desired? to bear witness that it was his will -----?
Loriat? Cesar? Wattleworth would examine and enquire?
how much salary was due to him before and since he
came out of ye Calf Island and the same to review?
for ye payment of his debts to every? particular person
especially a debt of 16s or thereabouts wh. was due to
V. P. Loriat? Wattleworth & ----? to ye P. Cuthbert in his
monthly? and when all his debts were paid and satisfied 
then he will or desire? Ye V.P. Loriat? If ye remainder of
his salary if it did extend should be paid out to buy
his wife and daughter a little ------? for shelter to them
this was declared by Cuthbert Prescott aforesd. on the
14th day of Sept. 1697 before us.

     This declaration being sworn by ye subscribing 
witnesses & that ----? No other effects or Goods due
to ye deceased but his salary ye same is accepted
of for ye last will of ye -----? Cuthbert Prescott and
his daughter Ellin Prescott ----? Exorix. In regard this
-----? hath already had & received a ----inable part of
goods or men----? Wh. belong to his parents? wh. Exorix.
being under age ye mother is sworn supervisor? in form
of Law.
