Michael The last will and testament of Jane Quayle al Kelly who departed this life about the 10th March of good and perfect memory in manner and form following: First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item To her mother in law (Bahee Cannell Quayle) she left a black petty coat legacy. Item she left unto her sister Jony a red petty coat legacy. Item she left six pence a piece legacy to all her brothers, Item she left one quarter of the crop of corn and hay unto her father and mother in law in case her child should die under age. Item she left unto her husband forty shillings legacy. Item she nominated and appointed her child Mary Quayle her lawful executrix of all the rest of her goods moveable and immovable in the presence of Item she appointed her own father John Kelly supervisor of her child. The husband and supervisor sworn in court in form of law We Wm Christian and Mary Christian als Quayle do hereby acknowledge to have recd of and from our father William Quayle of Cammal the sum of four pounds due to us by the death of Jane Quayle als Kelly the said Mary's mother as appears by the inventory annexed to her will in the Archdeacon's Registry for which we do acquit and exonerate the said Wm Quayle our father by these presents this 3 of Feb 1723.
