59 Andreas This is affirmed to be the last will of Anne Crebbin als Martin who was buried about the 16th of March 1699, in good and perfect mind and memory. First she commended her soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item, she left to her husband William Crebbin her part of a steer. Item, to Kath. Crebbin and her eldest daughter her part of the young steer. Item, she constituted her son and daughter sole and joint Executor of all her goods whatsoever, and if her daughter died without issue her said son to have the whole of all her said goods. Item, she left to the witnesses of her will 6 pence apiece. Witnesses: John Quark, Kath: Crebbin. The Daughter being dead, the other Executor is sworn in Court in form of Law. Pledges to secure the office and pay all debts and legacies in form of Law, Tho: Sail & Tho: Ratliff. xx May 1707 Mrs Margt Xtian enters against the Executor of Anne Crebbin als Martin for 20 shillings
