This is affirmed to be ye last will & Testamt of Margt Costen als Teare, who departed this life ye 18 of Novembr.
   Imprs she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian buryall.
   Itm, to her son Robt all her part of ye crop of corne ye plough an draughts, with all her husbandry utensills
 & half ye heffer wch was betwixt her said sone & herself.
   Itm, to her sone William one yearling & one sheep with one horse betwixt him & her sone Ewan.
   Itm to her said sone Ewan all ye rest of her sheep her share of ye fishing boate 
	 with half a cow & quarter of a heffer.
   Itm to her sone Willm & daughter Jony one cow betwixt them.
   Itm, to ye childfren of her sone Robt half one heffer.
   Itm, to Ann Callow a shift & her worse red petticoat.
   Itm, to Margt Cannon a coife & one bussell.
   Itm, three horses & forty shillings in mony to be equally divided betwixt her four children.
   Itm, to her daughter Joney all her wearing apparel of lynnen & woolen.
   Itm, all ye rest of her goodes & chattels she bequeathed to her three children viz: 
	 William, Ewan & Jony Costen, & nominated ym her true & lawfull Executors.
