Margaret Quaile alias Key departed this life about the 20th July last, intestate, whereof the court having intelligence, hath decreed her 3 children, vitz. Henry, William and Jane Quaile sole and joint administrators of all her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever: The next of kin vitz Tho and Jo Key, with William Quaile supervisors, and a legacy to the husband upon sight of the inventory. The husband and supervisors are sworn in form of Law. Decretum est, et solvit 18? The inventory in gross £3=s16=d00 Which is in the hands of the supervisors, And hath given their pledges, Thos Quane and William Fairbrother 1702 Deducted out of this inventory, by Tho Key, £ s d one of the supervisors for court fees 00 = 01 = 10 For the funeral charges of [John] one of the administrators 3s:1d and fees, 3d 00 = 03 = 04 Item: A debt owed to Jo Key 00 = 02 = 01 On the ???? part 00 = 7 = 3 Clear= 01 : 8 : 9 June 29 1723 Jane Quaile, one of the administrators being dead, Henry and William Quaile the other two, have ????? to be fully paid the clear inventory of their mothers goods and acquit their supervisors forever.
