The last will and testament of Ellinor Corlett als 
Caine who departed this life the 30th November 
Being of perfect memory. First She committed her soull 
to God and her Body to Christian Burial.    
First She bequeathed to her SON JON. her part of the 
houses and her part of the gardens and her HUSBAND 
consented to give the other halfe after his death 
to his said SON.    
Itm, She bequeathed to her HUSBAND her part of a Cow 
and a peece of woolen cloth wch was att the dyers.   
Itm, She bequeathed to her SISTER CATHRIN a pettycote 
and a pair of shoes.    
Itm, She apointed her CHILDREN her true and lawfull Excr 
of all her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever.

The HUSBAND hath consented to this will in the face of the Court.                    

The Excrs being underage, the UNKELL JOHN and WM CAINE 
with the FATHER are sworn in Court in form of Law.      
Probatu est et Solvit 1s.                    

The Inventory amts to      		03:07:00          
Which with the tuition of the CHILDREN is in the hands of 
the HUSBAND DOLLIN CURLET who has given pledges in form of 
law Tho: Curlet and John Cain.
