35 KK Bride: This is the last will and testament of Ann Joughin of KK Bride who departed this life ye 26 of December 1703, being in parfit mind and memory made this her last will & testamt in manner and form following. First, She committed her soule to God and her body to Christian burial. Shee bequeathed to her sisters vizt., to Katherin Joughen and Margret Joughen fouer shillings six pence legacie apise to ech of them. Item, to her brother Dan: Joughen two pounds three shillings. Itam, to her sister in law Katherin Cowle a red petty coat and her shuse & stockins. Itam to Ann Kneall a black petty coate a little quife and a big quife. Itam She left to Margret Joughen her brors daughtr a laughton wast coate & a chist. Itam, to the said Margret Joughen and Katherin Joughen being both her brother Williams daughters one yearling apise, and a pice of flannan for two peticots for them and likewise all ye flax that shee had to be jointly betwixt the said Katherin and Margret. Itam, She left to Jon Joughen a mutten and a sheep. Itam, to Patrick Joughen one mutten. Itam: to Eliz: Kneale a little quife and a great quife. Itam, to Katherin McNamear an old petycoat. Itam, to the said Katherin McNameer and to Elizth Curlet one old sheep betwixt them. Itam: to her Ant Margret Cormoad a carshiff (yt she got from her sd Ant) if shee would come to ask for it. Itam, to Ewan Moore cleark of the parish a mutten. Itam: all ye rest of her linen to her sd sister in law and to her daughters betwixt them. Itam to ye witnesses six pence apiese. Lastly Shee nominated and appointed her brother William Joughen sole Executr of all ye rest of her goods moveable and immoveable what soever.
