28 K Michael 1704, Rec'd xx July 1704 The last will and testament of Elisabeth Corlett alias -----d[hidden in dark fold], who departed this life about ye 11th day of March being of a perfect mind and memory is in manner and form following. First she committed her soul to God almighty and her body to Christian burial. She left & bequeathed a sute of linnin as legacy to her ----- [hidden in fold] daughter MALLY CURLETT. It, to CHRISTIAN CURLETT ye other ----- [hidden in fold] DAUGHTER a red petticoat and a sute of linnins as legacy. Shee left to her own DAUGHTER KATHERINE CURLETT a little whele a chist and a red petticoat as legacy. Itt, to her own DAUGHTER EASTER a big woolen wheel a chamlett petycoat and a green apron as legacy and her rest of her shapen or made linins equally between ye sd DAUGHTERS KATHERINE AND EASTER. Itt, Shee left to her little SON WM CORLETT two sheep and a sheet as legacy. Likewise to KATHERINE whatt would be a hood for her of chamlett that is in the weavers house. Itt, Shee left to her ELDEST SON ROBT[?] CORLETT her part of ye crop of corn of ye team and all gears yt do belong to her, and her share of a little horse as legacy, and a shee lamb to one of ye witnesses AD CORLETT as legacy. Shee apointed & named her HUSBAND JOHN CORLETT her ----ull and true Execr of all ye Rest of her goods wtever, & ye sd AD CORLETT Supervisor of her CHILDREN in the presence of us whose names are here sett down, Adam Corlett his mrk X juratus, J oney Corlett her mrk X to be sworne next Court. THE EXER IS SWORNE in Court & soe is ye Supervisor in form of Law. Probatum est et Solvit 1s. THE INVENTORY NEXT Court subpoena 10s. Charles Kaighin & Hugh Woods pledges according to Law.
