30 Maughold The last Will and Testament of Robt. Kerrish, who departed this life ye 15th of Aprill 1704 He beqeaths his soul to Almighty God, and his body to Christian buriall He bequeaths to his son Robt. Kerrish all his tools b = longing to his trade, and yt. his sd. son shall repair and keep them in order for his son He bequeaths to his sd. son a small chest wth. all in it he defraying his funerall charges, his choice of two other chests, his choice of two potts, one Barrell, the herring netts wth. all other his fishing instrumts., all his panniers, his part of ye Croft in Glanwillin, the Bedstead wth. all belonging to the bed, the Table, and all his wearing apparrell wth. out exemption He bequeaths to his sd. Sons eldest son ye youngest of all his yews. He bequeaths to Will Lowney and Ewan Costen wittnesses to his will 4d. a piece He constitutes and appoints his sd. son Robt., his Daughters Joney and Jane Equall Executrs. in all that remaineth.
