This is affirmed to be ye last will of
Ann Joughin als Throp who depted this
life ye 26th of Decr 1705 being in perfect
mind & memory at ye making thereof ~
First she committed her soul to god
& body to Xtian buriall : Itm She left to
her daughter Cathrine 20s a blanket & canvasser?
a quife & kerchief with 3 yards of gray
cloath in ye luck milne to make her a petticoat
It. to her daughter Ellin a quife & nock? ker:
chief with a blanket ----------? It. to
her sd daughters child a lamb. It. to
her son Johns children a yard & half of linen
& to his wife Bahie a lamb. It. She left to
her husband Char: Joughin ye rest of the
woollen cloath in ye luckmilne to make ~
him waistcoate & drawers & a piece of kear=
cloath in ye house to make him a coate with
all her pt of ye moneys? in Cotters Land for
a Legacie and two kerchiefs: It. all ye rest of
her shaped linen she left to
her daughter Ann with her pt of an heiffer
going in 5 years old and two sheep; to her sd daughter
a brown petticoat : It. she left & appointed 
yt her son Philip Joughin should have ye weavers
looms with all ye gears & implements thereunto
belonging without ye claim of any of her child=
ren to ye same. It. She left to her son John ~
2s of ye 13s due to her out of Daugherties Land,
& ye 11s she appointed him to pay to her Execrs
and also declared yt her son John is by his marriage
contract to pay to her husband & her 30s more
out of Dogherties land & her part she left to
her Execrs.  Lastly she constituted & appointed 
her children Philip & Ann joint Exers of all
the rest of her goods moveable & immoveable
whatsoever. To ye witnesses of ye will 6d a piece.

Philip and Ann the Execrs of Ann Joughin

paid and satisfied all & from the wife the
Execrx of Jon Joughin the sum of 30s mentioned
in the within Will ~ And do therefore Acquit
& discharge the wife & Execrx of Jon Joughin
of the same & of all claims on Account of
the sd will for ever ~ before me

son & Execr of Cath: Joughin within mentioned
acknowledge to have Recd at & from the hands
of Philip & Ann Joughin the Execrs of Ann Joughin
als Throp, the sum of 20s as within bequeathed ~
to Catherine, wth all other particulars bequeathed ~ 
unto her – And this in behalf of ye sd McNameer
& does hereby acquit the Execrs of Ann Throp of
the same for ever ~ before me Edwd Moore

Philip Joughin & Thomas Kinread do hereby
acknowledge to have recd at & from the
hands of Bahy the late wife of John Joughin
the full sum of twenty shillings; which was
due to them from their mother Ann Joughin
als Throp decd:  Of wch they acquit &
discharge her Execrs and Admrs as well as
the sd Bahy & her Husband John Joughin
