20 KK Bride, November 30th 1707 This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Mrs. Elizabeth Patten als Keay who committed her soul to God, and her body to Christian burial. Item, she bequeathed to her son Thomas Patten ten shillings. Item, bequeathed to her son in law Walter Pole ten shillings. Item, to her daughter Katharine ten shillings. Item, bequeathed to her granddaughter Ellinor Parr a furnished bed, a gracett gown and petticoat, her best hood and scarf, two rings and a crown. Item, she nominated and appointed her son in law John Parr Rector of KK Bride and his wife Margret sole Executors of all the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever. Witnesses: William Christian, Robert Moor. Mr. John Parr one of the Executors is sworn in form of Law. Pledges to secure the office and pay all debts are the witnesses to the will in form of Law. July 29, 1708 Richard Thompson enters his claim against the Executors of Mrs Patton for 8 shillings &c
