63 KK Andrews William Joughin departed this life intestate about the first of February 1708 whereupon the Court hath decreed his children unmarry'd vizt John, Margret, Joney, Ellin, Alice & Catherine Joughin his true & joint Admrs of all his Goods movable & immovable whatsoever, and a Legacy to ye wife upon sight of the Inventory. Thrice of ye above Admrs vizt John, Margt & Joney with ye mother are sworn in form of Law. The wifes Legacie Decretum est & solvit 2s. 4d is 5s The Inventory brought in by ye Admirs & £ s d ye Sumner, amounts to 05 : 16 : 09 The corn & crop prized to 02 : 14 : 00 The Dead’s part 08 : 10 : 09 The Debts on ye other side to be deducted 02 : 15 : 5 5 : 15 : 4 Cath Joughins' sixth part of £5 10s 4d is about eighteen shillings & five pence The sharing her part of ye crop 0 7s 5d of corn by John Joughin's six days? 0 . 2 . ?
