60b KK Andrew This is affirmed to be ye last will of MARJERY KNEEN ALS CAINE who departed this life ye 26th of Octr 1708 being in perfect memory at ye making therof. First, she committed her soul to God and body to Xtian burial. Itm, she left to her DAUGHTER MALLY her shaped cloathes linen and woolen, a blanket & canrafxxx[?, carchief] with seven shillings legacie. Ittm, she left to her GRANDCHILD JONY WADE a yearling. Itm, to BESSIE COWLEY a petticoat. Lastly she constituted and appointed her SON EDMOND KNEEN sole Execr of all rest of her goods moveable and unmovable whatsoever. It, she left to her HUSBAND her part of an heifer in KK Bride. It she desired[?] her HUSBAND to give his part of a small close in ye Curraugh to her Execr after his death, to which ye husband consented provided he might enjoy her part therof during his life, To which ye father & Execur have agreed. Testes: John Lace, Willm: Teare[?], jurati. THE EXECR SWORN in form of Law. Probatum est et Solvit. Pledges in form of Law Willm: Teare and Philip Kneale. 17 FEB 1709: MALLY WADE ALS KNEEN hath acknowledged to have recd the seven shillings left her by her mother, and doth forever acquit ye Execur thereof.
