          March ye 23rd 1708,        Lezayre

This is afirmed to be ye last will and testament of
Will Carrat first he Comited his Soule to God and his
body to Christian buryall Itm. he left to his son Jo.
halfe ye lands after its Sown after four years, which ye
Wife is to have ye benefit of all ye lands and then
his son Jo is to have halfe after it is Sown of ye lands and
after his mother death ye other halfe of all ye land ……..
mother has asented to her husbands will : Itm. He left [on]
his son Jo in consideration that hee was to have all ye
Landes to give to ye other four Children twenty
        to wit
Shillings ^five shillings apiece (ink blob) left (ink blob) his wife
to bring up his 2 : youngest Chillderen and
Constituted apointed and ordained his wife [inbeing] his
Lawfull [Execqotor] of all his goods movable and
unmovable of what nattur soever and 1s apiece to ye
testes of his will
